Every days a play day

Danny has had a happy week, he is doing really well all round. On friday he had his first outing to a restaurant. I had the vegetables as I am a vegetarian and never like the alternative to meat. My cousin was talking to me and said she would have Dan on her knee but he would put his hands in her dinner, to which I replied ‘no he won’t. He hates the feeling of food in his mouth or on his hands’, at which point Danny promptly put his hands in my dinner not once, twice but three times so today when we brought him home, he sat at the table and played with a plate of pasta. This is progress for us.

The neighbours kids came round today and the four year old was a right mother hen where Dan was corncerned, it was really sweet. Tom got up at half past six so everyone is tired so just a quick posting today. Dan’s had a bath in the big bath in his proper seat the last couple of days which is so much easier on our backs and Dan was quite miffed when Rob got him out of it today.

Dan’s teeth are somewhat yellow which we don’t know if they are coming through yellow or if they are not being brushed properly at the hospital so he is going to see the max fax people at the hospital. Tonight I brushed his teeth singing to him and he was laughing so it was easier to brush them. Normally he cries and sometime gags which makes him wretch and sometimes make his oesophagus bleed. It’s just means alot to us that his cute smiles stays just as cute!
