Today is Kyle’s 9th birthday so Happy Birthday Ky. He has spent the day with his mother so he will have our presents to open next weekend.

Today we took Danny home again, he has been fine but more pale than usual. He has had lots of secretions too so we don’t know if he is coming down with something. He has been sick a bit too and not really tolerated being clamped today. He has been happy enough and he did try some baked beans at lunch time. He did very well and on a couple of occasion actually opened his mouth. Speaking of his mouth we have noticed his teeth are coming through yellow which we are concerned about. His teeth are brushed twice daily so it can’t be down to that. Rob suggested he may be deficient in something, I wonder if it’s the milk he is on. Anyway that will be one for his consultant to figure out. It bothers me alot because I wanted to make sure his teeth were nice as he hates having his teeth brushed and can wretch with it sometimes. More often than not he cries with it but I have persisted anyway just because I think it is important for him to have nice teeth as he has such a beautifuk smile.

We have had a lovely day at home again, we went to costco and took a keyboard back which Rob brought me as a valentine present a couple of years ago as it had been playing up. With the refund we decided to get a new camera so the good news is we have pictures again. Tom invited the neighbours round briefly but as one of them had been throwing up earlier, when her dad realised Dan was here he came to fetch them which was a shame but he is right we don’t want Dan getting anything but I did nearly say to him, they have more chance catching something off Danny coming from PICU. We played all afternoon and then we got the boys ready for bed. Dan had a screaming fit because he was so tired but did fall to sleep and didn’t wake again. This was amazing as we transfered him to and from the car twice and up to PICU and in bed and he didn’t bat an eyelid. Tommy also fell asleep in the car but woke when we got to the hospital, it was a peaceful journey back.
