Firstly an apology for the hap-hazard posting of late. With how poorly little Danny has been my usual posting schedule for the website has been all over the place and that’s not so good for the general public. Rest assured as soon as things calm down I little I will get things back to a “normal” pattern whatever that is. Last night just before we went off to bed Daniel decided to be sick which again was a little old blood which could have been from any number of things such as scrapes from one of his pipes onto the side of his stomach wall so they’re going to keep an eye on that. Other than thay he had a really settled night. This morning his blood gases have shown that he has been a little over ventilated so they have been weening down his pressures and his oxygen which when I left this morning was at 40%!! Which is an all time low for the last week so thats cool. Other than that theres not really a lot else to report on the little man. Feeds are on the increase too which have now been upped to 17ml per hour which is a mix of milk and bild from his stomach…..nice eh!! Looks like a very bad pea soup!? Hopefully this evening will be continue to be better so that little Dan can start to make some progress.
